Leon Slikkers, a veteran of the boat industry, had previously founded Tiara Yachts before establishing Pursuit Boats. Growth and Recognition

Acquisition and Modern Success
In 2018, Malibu Boats acquired Pursuit, allowing the brand to grow with enhanced manufacturing and distribution capabilities. Malibu Boats kept Pursuit’s core values and commitment to quality, enabling Pursuit to continue its legacy as a top choice among recreational and professional boaters.
